AGM and annual dinner booked for Woodsome, 20.4.07. Speaker to be Jack Taylor, distinguished Casual.
Hilton Golf day. Rupert will organise, provisionally for weekend of 7.10.07. Change of format suggested by Greg. Teams of 4 to be recruited by the Woodsome Casuals to help numbers and add to the individual competition.
Action points
Marcus to prepare and hand out financial returns to match captains at April committee meeting. Captains can then keep a record when they collect subs and pay for teas. This will be helpful to the treasurer and is not needless bureaucracy.
Sam Wilkinson’s windscreen incident. Greg to make informal contact around insurance and other issues with Old Almondburians. More formal contact from the secretary can follow.
